The client\u00b4s intention is to build a hotel with 150 rooms and high-class service apartments courtesy of The Four Seasons as well as apartmets and commercial units on 33.500m\u00b2. The proposal is at concept stage and will see further development in collaboration with the city of Reykjav\u00edk and Associated Icelandic Ports. When and if realized, the Mi\u00f0bakki wharf will come alive with shops, caf\u00e9s, restaurants, a hotel and apartments, well integrated in the city centre of Reykjav\u00edk.
