28 May Bústaðir – A picture book with photos of Icelandic summer houses
The book “Bústaðir”, a picture book with photos of Icelandic summer houses, by Gunnar Sverrisson and Halla Bára Gestsdóttir was published last year. This beautifully bound book is a presentation of interesting summer houses in Iceland, among others Selhella in the fjord of Mjóifjörður. Sólveig Berg, architect at Yrki architects, designed the renovation of the old fisherman´s hut. See also the project Selhella on this website.
