13 Dec Reitir to refurbish former Icelandic National Broadcasting Service headquarters for Hyatt Hotels Corporation
Iceland´s largest provider of commercial property, Reitir, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation have signed a concession agreement for the management of a Hyatt Centric hotel at Laugavegur 176. The hotel will be in the refurbished and enlarged former headquarters of the Icelandic National Broadcasting headquarters. The enlargement is based on Yrki architects´ zoning and urban planning for Heklureitur. A news feature on the project can be found here.
